In northern Syria, families already shattered by years of conflict are now grappling with even greater hardship after last year’s devastating earthquake. Homes, businesses, and essential infrastructure have been left in ruins, making everyday life a struggle. Families are grappling with the loss of livelihoods, limited access to basic services, and the daunting task of rebuilding their lives. Stabilizing these communities and restoring hope requires urgent action to address both immediate needs and long-term recovery.

Our early recovery efforts focus on revitalizing socio-economic opportunities and restoring critical infrastructure. These initiatives are breathing life back into communities by rehabilitating markets, restoring educational spaces, and repairing vital roadways. These projects not only rebuild physical structures but also create opportunities for individuals to regain their livelihoods and for communities to heal and grow stronger.

Each effort is a step toward transforming lives and empowering communities to stand resilient in the face of challenges.
